How your body and mind react to stress? It may be that stress disturbs the normal balance of our lives.
Stress is the perception that you have the face of fear or threat.
Do you know the defense mechanisms of your body?
By the time of great stress, the adrenal gland releases adrenaline, a hormone that activates, which accelerates heart rate, increases blood pressure tends muscles and dilates the pupils. It may be that your pulse is normal, this does not mean you’re not stressed. But one of the major indications of increased stress is the acceleration of the pulse.
There are other signs caused by stress as:
Constant pain
palpitations
anxiety
Chronic fatigue
crying
the over – or under-nutrition
frequent infections
lower your sexual desire
These are indications that you are stressed.
Of course, you do not have to react that way whenever you get stressed out people, or facing a stressful situation, you do not always suffer from such fear and your body does not react happily ever so violently.
Stress differs from one person to another. So for some, even ordinary daily decisions seem insurmountable. So even taking the simple decision what to put on the back for the day, therefore, totally dysfunctional. Of course, this example is extreme definitions for some of you and I agree.
On the other hand, there are people who seem to thrive on being under stress and become more productive. The pressure stimulates.
In conclusion, some stress was the negative sides, and finally bring a lot of disease, but to get rid of you, you’ll need to identify its source and take the measures necessary for you to deliver.
